Question 1

Is there an Uber Eats code for first orders in the UK?

Accepted Answer

Yes, Uber Eats regularly runs new-customer promos, but they're account-specific, so the best deal is the one shown in your app. Check the Promos or Wallet section before you order, and compare it with any code we list to see which gives the bigger saving.

Question 2

Why is my Uber Eats promo code not working?

Accepted Answer

Most Uber Eats codes have tight rules, like a minimum spend, a set expiry, or only working at selected restaurants. Double-check the promo's terms in your app, and make sure you're ordering from an eligible place and hitting the minimum after discounts but before delivery and service fees.

Question 3

Do Uber Eats promo codes work on delivery fees and service fees?

Accepted Answer

No, promo codes normally discount the food subtotal, not the delivery fee, service fee, or small order fee. If fees are the pain point, filter for restaurants with low or £0 delivery, or use Pick-up where it makes sense.

Question 4

When are Uber Eats' best deals and biggest sales?

Accepted Answer

The biggest savings are the in-app promos that pop up around big moments like Black Friday, January, and bank holiday weekends, plus restaurant-led offers like 2-for-1. We find the best value by stacking a promo with a strong restaurant deal, then keeping an eye on fees before you check out.

Question 5

Does Uber Eats do student discount, NHS discount, or Blue Light discount?

Accepted Answer

Uber Eats does not run a permanent student, NHS, or Blue Light discount in the UK. Your best bet is the in-app promos (especially for new accounts), plus restaurant offers like meal deals and 2-for-1 that cut the total more than a small percentage code.
