Sitting at the top of Google’s Pixel range, the Pixel 11 Pro XL in Obsidian targets big screen flagships from Apple and Samsung, but leans heavily into Google’s AI-first approach. This is a SIM-free, unlocked 256GB model, so you can pair it with any network and pick a SIM-only plan that suits your data needs.
Who is the Pixel 11 Pro XL for?
If you dictate messages, notes, or emails, the upgraded voice typing is the headline. Gemini Intelligence can clean up your speech by removing filler words and turning a brain dump into more polished text, which can save time if you send lots of written updates. The other standout is call translation, Pixel can translate both sides while keeping each caller’s natural voice, making multilingual conversations feel less robotic.
- 256GB storage, better suited to lots of photos, videos, and offline downloads without constant housekeeping.
- SIM-free and unlocked, flexibility to switch networks or travel with local SIMs.
