LEGO Speed Champions 77248 brings the BWT Alpine F1 Team A524 race car into the pocket money end of LEGO’s motorsport line-up. It sits alongside other modern F1 and GT builds in the range, competing with similar small display models from brands like Cobi and even die-cast collectables, but with the build-and-tweak appeal you only get from bricks.

Who is this for?

Best suited to F1 fans who want a quick build that still looks sharp on a desk, and to younger builders after something more detailed than a basic car set. Speed Champions kits usually focus on recognisable shapes and team livery, so you get something that reads as an Alpine car even at this scale. Expect play value too, with a minifigure driver to bring it to life.

  • Speed Champions scale: compact build that fits well on shelves without taking over space.
  • F1 theme: aimed at collectors who like current-season teams and cars.
