Two of Monolith’s Middle earth action RPGs bundled together, this Shadow Bundle pairs Shadow of Mordor (GOTY) with Shadow of War (Definitive Edition). They sit in the same space as Batman Arkham style brawlers and Assassin’s Creed open world stealth games, but with a darker Tolkien twist and the series’ standout Nemesis system, where enemy captains remember your encounters and evolve into recurring rivals.
Who is this bundle for?
If you missed the series first time round, it is a tidy way to get the full story arc from Talion’s early revenge tale to the larger scale fortress sieges in the sequel. The Definitive and GOTY editions matter because they include the extra story chapters and add on content, so you are not left with a cut down campaign.
- Steam key, playable on PC, and often fine on Steam Deck via Proton depending on your settings.
- All major DLC included, useful if you want the side campaigns and additional gear without buying piecemeal.
