A compact, pop-up steam sauna from SereneLife, aimed at people who want a home sweat session without committing to a full-size cabin. It sits in the same space as other budget portable sauna tents, competing on convenience, small footprint and a few comfort extras, rather than premium build or multi-person capacity.

Who is this for?

Best suited to anyone short on space who wants occasional steam sessions for relaxation and warming up after exercise. The included chair means you are not balancing on the floor, and the heated foot pad is there to keep your feet comfortable when the steam is doing most of the work higher up. A remote control helps you tweak settings mid-session without unzipping the tent and dumping heat.

  • 1-person tent format, easier to store than rigid saunas, but expect a cosier fit
  • Remote control, useful for adjusting time or heat while seated
  • Heated foot pad and chair, aimed at comfort during longer sessions
