007 First Light is IO Interactive’s take on the Bond formula, sitting alongside modern third person stealth action games that mix disguise play, gadgets and set piece missions. This free DLC drop expands the base game rather than replacing it, so it is aimed at players who already enjoy the campaign’s blend of infiltration and loud improvisation. Expect extra content that leans into replayability, with new missions and tools that change how you approach familiar situations.
What does the free DLC add to your playthrough?
New missions usually mean fresh locations, objectives and scripted moments, while new guns tend to broaden your loadout choices, for example giving you different trade offs between stealth, control and stopping power. Extra gameplay modes are often where the longevity comes from, pushing you to master routes, timing and gadget use, instead of simply seeing the story once.
