Back to the Future fans get a brick-built take on the DeLorean with this LEGO Speed Champions Time Machine (77256). It sits in the Speed Champions range alongside other small displayable cars, but swaps real world racing for film nostalgia, closer in spirit to other pop culture builds than a typical supercar set. It’s aimed at builders who want something that looks the part on a shelf, with enough detail to feel like the on-screen icon.
Who is this set for?
Best suited to ages 9+ and anyone after a quick, satisfying build that also works as a desk display. Speed Champions sets tend to focus on shaping and printed details at a compact scale, so you get recognisable lines without needing a huge footprint. If you enjoy collecting mini car models, this fits neatly into that lineup, and it’s a fun gateway into LEGO’s wider film and TV themed sets.
